These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dojo Eats website and your purchase of our products, i.e. high-fibre high-protein bars & energy bars. The site is operated by NandiRoyMondalScape.We Private Limited ("Dojo Eats", "we", "us" or "our"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.
2. Products and pricing
We sell high-fibre high-protein bars and energy bars. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Launch prices are promotional and may change at any time. While we take care to price products correctly, if an item is mispriced due to an error we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the products. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error — and will refund any payment already made.
4. Shipping
We dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Delivery typically takes 3–9 working days depending on your location. Larger orders may be split into more than one shipment, each with its own tracking link.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Once an order has been dispatched it enters our logistics pipeline and can no longer be cancelled. For damaged, missing or quality issues, and for how refunds are handled, please see our Refund Policy.
6. Dojo Coins
Dojo Coins is our rewards programme. You may earn Dojo Coins on eligible orders and redeem them against future purchases, subject to the programme terms shown at checkout. Dojo Coins have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and the Dojo Eats name — belongs to NandiRoyMondalScape.We Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Our products are foods and should be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet. Please check the ingredient and allergen information before consuming. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
